INCREASED APPEAL Three years passed without finding a suitable location, so Island Appeal was purchased to add extra appeal to our coffee house concept for potential landlords.  Another year and a half passed (many of our previous coffee customers still ask when the café will open) but not one location fit all of the criteria - until now.  If you’ve ever been to a Tommy Bahama Café, the concept is similar. Our ambiance will be more Polynesian Tiki bar (closer to Trader Vic’s) but the combination of clothing and food is similar. We will, of course, also have morning coffee income and traffic to add to our bottom line (first year Starbucks locations do about $800K) plus we will add live entertainment. This will give us income streams mornings, afternoons, and evenings, all year round. Click for the next page
